We will be showing the Amantys Power DriveTM Family of highly reliable IGBT gate drivers for operating voltages from 1200V to 6500V. This series of products includes significant innovations in the areas of short circuit protection, making them suitable for a range of exacting power switching applications. Amantys has worked with all of the major IGBT module manufacturers to ensure that each of these gate drivers can be configured remotely to match a wide range of different modules.
These gate drives provide in-circuit configuration, power switching monitoring and data logging through Amantys Power InsightTM, and the company will demonstrate how these products can be used to perform condition monitoring of the power electronics in a range of applications in a range of applications including rail systems, renewable energy and industrial drives,
