Amantys Power Insight provides a bi-directional communication protocol over the isolation barrier for monitoring and control of power switching in medium and high voltage applications.

The ability to monitor and control IGBTs lies at the heart of efficient, reliable power switching.  Amantys Power Insight extends the functionality of existing standard gate drives to provide vital performance metrics over the existing fibre-optic link.

Amantys Power Insight when used with the Power Insight Adapter and the Power Insight Configurator gives the customer control over the configuration of the gate drive and allows data recorded on the gate drive to be read back to a host computer.
