Pete Magowan - Chairman

Pete is a Partner at Alta Berkeley Venture Partners, a leading European technology venture capital company. He was previously a main board director at ARM Holdings Plc, where he held a number of senior executive roles in sales, marketing and, most recently, business development.

Bryn Parry – Chief Executive Officer

Bryn was previously General Manager of the Development Systems Division at ARM Ltd. Prior to this role he managed the IP licensing business unit for six years. Bryn has previously worked in engineering and application roles at AMD and Mars Electronics.

Nicky McCabe - Non-executive Director

Nicky is COO at Moonray Investors. She has over 20 years of financial services, consulting and operational experience as both an Executive at McKinsey & Co., HSBC Asset Management and Fidelity, and as a Non-Executive Director at Fidelity Special Values and THSL.

Davor Hebel - Non-executive Director

Davor is a Partner in the London office of Fidelity Growth Partners and focuses on internet, software and digital media. He is on the Board of Asset Control, Seatwave and Innogames. Davor spent several years at McKinsey and Company and was an entrepreneur in Croatia. He completed an MBA from Harvard Business School and technology degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and Angelo State University.

Bruce Beckloff - Non-executive Director

Bruce is VP of Corporate Business Development for ARM. Bruce manages ARM’s investment portfolio which today consists of approximately 15 companies and over $40M of investment.  Along with Amantys, Bruce is a director for Ideaworks3D Ltd.
